At Luvmm, we want you to know exactly what to expect before placing your order.
Many of our products are larger household or lifestyle items that require special handling during transit. This page explains our shipping process, estimated delivery timelines, and important delivery information.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- International destinations outside the United States
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
There are no hidden shipping charges added at checkout.
At this time, expedited or express shipping services are not available.
3. US Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from our US-based warehouse network.
Because orders ship domestically, customers do not need to worry about customs processing, import duties, or international clearance delays.
In rare situations where inventory availability changes, orders may ship from an alternate fulfillment location within the United States. If this affects your delivery timeline, we will notify you promptly.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
Order processing includes:
- Order verification
- Payment confirmation
- Packaging inspection
- Carrier scheduling and dispatch
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Contiguous United States — Standard Shipping
- Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–9 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 8–12 business days
- Shipping cost: Free
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Peak holiday shipping periods
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier capacity limitations
- Unexpected logistics disruptions
We appreciate your patience if delays occur outside our control.
6. Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and state requirements.
Because all orders ship domestically within the United States, no import duties or customs fees apply.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.
You may track your shipment by:
- Using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's tracking page directly
- Contacting our support team with your order number
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause:
- Delivery delays
- Failed delivery attempts
- Additional carrier fees
- Return-to-sender situations
If you notice an address error before your order ships, contact us immediately at support@luvmm.com and we will do our best to update the information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Luvmm cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate shipping information entered during checkout.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Please:
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- A short description of the issue
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, replacement products, or a refund depending on the situation.
If Tracking Shows Delivered but You Did Not Receive the Package
Please:
- Check around your property
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will assist with the claims process.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Some shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Peak shipping season congestion
- Carrier labor shortages or transportation disruptions
If we become aware of delays affecting your order, we will communicate updates whenever possible.
