Do you manufacture your own products?
No. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer.
We carefully select products from suppliers that meet our standards for reliability, quality, and customer support. We prefer offering a smaller, more carefully reviewed catalog rather than listing products we cannot confidently support.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- International destinations
How long does shipping take?
Typical order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is generally 7–9 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.
Total estimated delivery time is usually 8–12 business days from order placement.
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.
No hidden shipping fees are added at checkout.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.
Domestic fulfillment helps reduce transit delays and avoids international customs or import processing for U.S. customers.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged:

- Include your order number and a description of the issue

Returns & Warranty

Assembly & Maintenance
How much assembly is required?

Where assembly is needed, most customers complete setup using basic household tools and the included instructions.
Can I get help with assembly or setup?

If you need help during assembly or setup, email support@luvmm.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Photos or a short explanation of the issue
Our support team will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer in-person assembly services?
No. We do not currently offer in-person installation or assembly services.
However, we provide support through email and written guidance whenever possible.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal.
