About Us

About Luvmm

We are a small US-based retailer that sells electric tricycles for adults. We are not a manufacturer. We do not produce these trikes or own a factory. What we do is find products that work well for real people doing real things, and sell them with honest descriptions, responsive support, and policies that are easy to understand.

Our company is HARVEST SPARK LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. The team behind Luvmm is small, which means when you reach out with a question, you are talking to someone who actually knows the products.

Who We Serve

Most of our customers are adults who want to keep moving without the physical strain that comes with a two-wheel bicycle. Some have balance concerns. Some have bad knees. Some are returning to riding after years away and want something stable and forgiving. Some just want a practical way to get around the neighborhood without getting in a car for every small errand.

Common things our customers do with their trikes:

  • Ride to the grocery store and load the baskets with bags on the way back
  • Get out to the lake with fishing gear packed in the rear basket
  • Loop through retirement community paths in the morning
  • Run errands around the neighborhood without dealing with parking
  • Explore campground trails without overexerting themselves
  • Stay active and independent on their own schedule

A trike stays upright on its own. There is no balancing at a stop sign, no swinging a leg over a high crossbar, and no fear of tipping when you slow down. For a lot of our customers, that changes everything about whether riding is still possible.

How We Choose What We Sell

We do not list every trike we come across. We look at a small number of models at a time and ask specific questions before deciding whether to carry something.

  • Does the step-through frame actually work for shorter riders? Some trikes advertise wide height ranges but the seat height and frame geometry do not match. We check this.
  • Are the specs consistent across the product listing, images, and documentation? Weight capacity, range, and motor ratings need to match. We have walked away from products where the numbers did not line up.
  • Is the motor powerful enough for inclines? Flat parking lots are easy. Real neighborhoods have hills. We look for motors with enough peak output to handle moderate grades without stalling.
  • Does the warranty mean something? A warranty that requires you to ship a 74-pound trike back for a minor part replacement is not a real warranty. We look for suppliers who resolve issues by shipping replacement parts directly.
  • Can we actually support it? We only carry models we can get parts and documentation for. If we cannot help you troubleshoot it, we do not sell it.

We have passed on products that looked good in photos but had inconsistent specs, poor assembly documentation, or no realistic support path. The models we carry are the ones that cleared those filters.

Fits Help

Choosing the right trike starts with your height and how you plan to use it. Here is a quick guide:

  • Riders approximately 4 ft 8 in to 5 ft 8 in: The 350W step-through models are sized for this range. The lower frame and adjustable seat height work well for shorter riders.
  • Riders approximately 5 ft 0 in to 6 ft 2 in: The T300 fits a wider range and carries up to 330 lbs. A practical all-around option.
  • Riders approximately 5 ft 3 in to 6 ft 5 in: The 750W 2.0 model has the highest seat post range and the largest battery in the lineup.
  • Heavier riders or those carrying more cargo: Look at the T300 (330 lb capacity) or the 2.0 model. The 350W models are rated to 298 lbs combined rider and cargo weight.
  • Longer rides or hillier terrain: Higher battery capacity and a Shimano 7-speed gearset make a real difference. The 2.0 model at 960Wh is the best option for extended use.

Not sure which model fits your situation? Email support@luvmm.com and describe your height, weight, and how you plan to use the trike. We will give you a direct answer, including if none of our current models are the right fit.

How We Handle Support

We are a small operation. Support questions go to a real person, not a ticketing queue managed by a third party.

  • Questions before purchase: we answer them honestly, including if a competitor's product fits better
  • Assembly help: we can walk you through it by email or send a video guide for your specific model
  • Warranty issues: most are resolved by shipping a replacement part directly to you
  • Returns: see our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details

Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM MST. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping

All orders ship within the contiguous United States. We work with domestic fulfillment partners to provide reliable shipping and tracking. Trikes arrive partially assembled and include all tools and documentation needed for setup.

A Note on What We Are

We are a retailer. We selected these products, we stand behind them with real support, and we write honest descriptions that tell you what a trike can and cannot do. We are not the manufacturer and we do not control production. What we can control is how we represent the products and how we treat customers when something goes wrong.

If you have a question about any of our models, or if you want to know why we carry something or chose not to carry something else, email us. We are happy to explain our thinking.
