Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luvmm, we want customers to feel confident when placing an order. We believe return policies should be clear, fair, and easy to understand before you buy.

1. Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for return approval.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned with original packaging and included components
- Accompanied by proof of purchase such as the order number or confirmation email
- All accessories, manuals, adapters, and included parts must be returned together
Partial returns may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Returns requested after the 30-day return window
- Items missing original parts, accessories, or packaging
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning anything.
4. How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Step 1 — Contact Support
Email support@luvmm.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging
Our support team will review your request and reply with instructions within 1–5 business days.
Step 2 — Return Shipment
If your return is approved:
- Ship the item only to the return address provided by our support team
- Use a trackable shipping method whenever possible
- Keep your tracking number until the refund process is complete
Please do not send returns to our corporate mailing address unless instructed to do so.
5. Return Address
Approved returns are processed through our designated fulfillment facility.
The correct return address will be provided in your return authorization email after approval.
6. Return Shipping Costs
We Cover Return Shipping Costs If:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
Customer Covers Return Shipping Costs If:
- You changed your mind
- The wrong item or variant was ordered
- The product is no longer wanted
- The item is being returned for non-defective reasons
Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees.
For approved damaged or incorrect-item claims, customers may be reimbursed for verified return shipping expenses after inspection and approval.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval status.
If Approved
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection approval
- Banks or card providers may require additional processing time before funds appear
If Denied
If the returned item does not meet return requirements, we will contact you with an explanation and discuss available options.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend:
- Requesting a return for the original item
- Placing a new order separately after return approval
This helps avoid unnecessary delays.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled before shipment may qualify for a full refund.
Please note:
- Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible
- Shipped orders must follow the standard return process
- Refund processing for approved cancellations typically takes 3–7 business days

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@luvmm.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos showing the damage or incorrect item
Our team will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution.
11. Inspect Packages Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives.
If you notice visible shipping damage:
- Take photos before opening the package
- Note visible damage with the delivery carrier if applicable
- Contact us promptly with documentation
These steps help speed up the resolution process if a shipping issue occurred.
